โจทย์ และ เงื่อนไขการออกแบบ 🔴 โจทย์: ออกแบบเวที welcome stage ของงาน S2O Songkran Music Festival 2025
🔴 จุดประสงค์: เป็นเวทีแรกที่ผู้ร่วมงานจะเห็นเมื่อเข้างาน ต้อนรับผู้เข้าร่วมงาน สร้างบรรยากาศ และความประทับใจตั้งแต่เริ่มแรกที่เข้างาน ผู้ร่วมงานจะได้พบกับเวที Welcome Stage ที่มีดีเจเปิดเพลงคอยต้อนรับ
🔴 เงื่อนไขการออกแบบ
ออกแบบผลงานภาพสี 2D หรือ 3D ในขอบเขตพื้นที่ กว้าง 8 เมตร x ลึก 5 เมตร x สูงไม่เกิน 5 เมตร
ผู้ออกแบบต้องคำนึงถึงการใช้งานได้จริง ดีเจสามารถเข้าไปแสดงในพื้นที่ได้จริง 2 คน
ต้องมีการระบุรายละเอียดของงานออกแบบ ดังหัวข้อถัดไป
🔴 รายละเอียดและข้อมูลที่จำเป็นต้องมีในงานออกแบบ
ไอเดียคอนเซ็ปต์ ที่มาของผลงานออกแบบ
ประเภทวัสดุที่เลือกใช้ในผลงาน พร้อมรายละเอียดขนาด (Dimension) ในแต่ละส่วนโดยละเอียด
รูปแบบการตกแต่งบูธและฉากตกแต่งอื่นๆ อันเป็นไปตามความคิดสร้างสรรค์ของผู้ออกแบบ พร้อมระบุรายละเอียดตามข้อ 2.
กำหนดจุดวาง บูธ/โต๊ะ สำหรับวางอุปกรณ์เครื่องเล่นดีเจ (ขนาดไม่ต่ำกว่ากว้าง 150 x ลึก 60 x สูง 75 เซนติเมตร)
กำหนดจุดวาง ระบบเสียง/ลำโพง โดยสามารถอยู่ในฉากตกแต่งได้ พร้อมระบุรายละเอียดตามข้อ 2.

💦 วิธีการส่งผลงาน 💦
- ส่งผลงานพร้อมข้อมูลผู้ออกแบบใน Google form นี้ ได้ตั้งแต่วันที่ 31 มกราคม 2568 - 24 กุมภาพันธ์ 2568 เท่านั้น (ปิดรับผลงานเวลา 18.00 น.)
- ส่งผลงานเป็นไฟล์ .pdf อันประกอบด้วยภาพผลงานออกแบบ อย่างน้อย 3 มุมมอง Front, Side, Top พร้อม Dimension และรายละเอียดสำคัญ ทั้งนี้เพื่อประโยชน์ของผู้ออกแบบในการพิจารณาผลงานจากผู้จัด

- ประกาศรายชื่อผู้ได้รับรางวัล วันที่ 28 กุมภาพันธ์ 2568 ผ่านทาง S2O Facebook Official
- รับรางวัลวันที่ 11 มีนาคม 2568 ในงานแถลงข่าวการจัดงาน S2O Songkran Music Festival 2025 ที่ King Power รางน้ำ

Design Brief and Requirements
🔴 Design Brief: Create a Welcome Stage for S2O Songkran Music Festival 2025.
🔴 Objective: The Welcome Stage is the first thing attendees will see upon entering the event. It serves as a greeting point, setting the mood and leaving a strong first impression. A DJ will perform at this stage, welcoming guests with music.
🔴 Design Requirements:
Submit a colored 2D or 3D stage design within the dimensions: Width: 8m × Depth: 5m × Height: max 5m
The design must be practical and functional, allowing for 2 DJs to perform on stage.
Include detailed design specifications as outlined in the next section.
🔴 Required Design Details & Information:
Concept & Inspiration: Explain the idea behind your design.
Materials & Dimensions: Specify the materials used and provide detailed measurements for each component.
Booth & Decor Elements: Describe the booth structure and any decorative elements based on your creative vision, following point 2 for details.
DJ Booth/Table Placement: Allocate space for DJ equipment, with a minimum size of 150cm (W) × 60cm (D) × 75cm (H).
Sound System & Speaker Placement: Position speakers within the stage design and provide details as per point 2.
Lighting & Decorative Lights Placement: Integrate lighting within the stage setup, specifying details as per point 2.
💦 Submission Guidelines 💦
Submit your design along with your personal details via Google Form between January 31, 2025 – February 24, 2025 (Submission closes at 6:00 PM).
The design must be submitted as a .PDF file, including at least three perspectives (Front, Side, Top views) with dimensions and key details. This ensures that the organizers can properly evaluate your work.

Winners will be announced on February 28, 2025, via S2O Facebook Official:
Prizes will be awarded on March 11, 2025, during the S2O Songkran Music Festival 2025 press conference at King Power Rangnam.
